Carl F. Ramsey / Business Manager/Chief Executive Officer, U.S. Operations

Carl Ramsey directs the overall domestic business development, professional services, and strategic operations of the company.

Carl contributes a wealth of executive business expertise to Cyntric Solutions with an extensive business and technology industry background. Carl possesses decades of executive and professional experience in the areas of new business development, sales development, marketing, strategic business planning, operations management, new ventures, product development, technology systems design and implementation.

Prior to Cyntric Solutions, Carl served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Verio DC, part of the worlds largest Internet and e-commerce company. Carl created and executed diverse marketing and sales initiatives, launched Verio Web Design, directed reseller and indirect channel activities, implemented sales automation technology, and instituted marketing and sales best practices.

Carl also spent 10 years with LegalWorld Technologies, a national software company supplying proprietary and contract software to the multi-billion dollar legal technology industry. As Chief Sales and Marketing Officer he directed the company's successful national expansion, product brand management, and numerous new product launches.

Carl's expertise further includes extensive experience in providing business advisory services to the commercial business sector in the areas of strategic business analysis, sales organization, and marketing and business planning.

Carl is a graduate of Texas A&M University. He also completed business and finance post-graduate work at Catholic University Graduate School, and attended George Mason School of Law.

Cynthia Grant / General Manager / Chief Administrative Officer

Cynthia is the Cyntric Solutions liaison between the Board of Directors, as well as U.S. Administrative Officer and operates from the Cyntric regional office in Charlotte, NC.

Additionally, Cynthia co-manages the aggressive implementation throughout the U.S. of the Cyntric ‘Local Partner Solutions’ model. This model establishes local sales and market representation to support its eBusiness delivery model.

Cynthia earned her Bachelors Degree from Salem and her Masters Degree from Wake Forest University.

Randy Martin / Business Manager, Offshore Operations

Director, Web and eSolution Service

Randy is responsible for coordinating the overall day-to-day operations of the Web Development team. He directs all eSolutions services and related technical services. Randy possesses over 10 years of professional technical experience as a senior web designer, graphic designer, webmaster, and web specialist.

Randy collaborates with customers and Cyntric Solutions technical managers in developing, coordinating, and delivering dynamic online solutions. He has an extensive background in web technologies including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Corel Draw, Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Director, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Macromedia Fireworks.

Randy contributes a broad background in web technologies services and has a Master’s degree in Computer Science.

Emily Dixit / Director, Design and Multimedia Services

Emily manages Multimedia and Flash development services. Emily has a broad background in multimedia technologies including Macromedia Flash, Illustrator, Photoshop, Macromedia Dreamweaver.

Emily directs a professional staff of multimedia designers and programmers who combine and manipulate different types of media, such as text, sound, video, computer graphics, and animation to produce state-of-the art multimedia presentations including flash for websites, flash intros, and comprehensive multimedia presentations. Emily has a BS in both Visual Communication and Computer Science.

Clint Reeves / Director, Search Engine Optimization Services

Clint directs and coordinates the Cyntric Search Engine Optimization services including Search Engine Optimization, Pay Per Click Bid Management,

Pay For Inclusion, Pay Per Lead, Pay Per Action, Optimized Press Releases,

and Website Usability Analysis.

Clint is an industry expert in directing optimization and SEM content for websites. His has decades of SEO/SEM work experience in the internet environment and is a strong strategist and tactician. Clint is very knowledgeable about the latest industry trends with Google, Yahoo, Overture, etc. Additionally, he is highly knowledgeable about natural and organic search engine optimization tactics and how web metrics are tracked (http headers, redirect, tracking pixels, etc.

Clint has significant extensive experience in managing significant projects on top tier search engines (Overture, Google, MSN, Yahoo) and with paid search bid optimization and Web Analytics tools like NetTracker and WebTrends.

Sam Abraham / Director, Database and Software Services

Sam directs and coordinates all database, software programming, and related technical services to assure customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and high quality. Sam possesses a broad background in web services and a Master’s degree in Computer Science.

Pamela Noonan / Director, Logo and Brand Design Services

Pamela directs and coordinates our skilled and professional graphic artists who are committed to producing effective and unique graphics and designs. Pamela is responsible for managing creative services for the entire line of online design services, products, and programs.

Oscar Dumar / Director, Interactive Services

Oscar directs and coordinates the design and production of all Interactive solutions where he focuses on streaming and interactive video for a wide range of customers.

Oscar is a graduate of Sheridan College in Oakville, Canada and is currently working on a degree in screenwriting at York University.

Anne Harris / Director, Human Resources

Anne plans, manages, and directs all aspects of staff and service functions and oversees the staff and service policies, objectives and initiatives. Anne has over 25 years of executive experience in administration concepts, practices, and procedures. Anne has a Bachelors Degree from Norfolk University.
