Hourly Maintenance:  $85
This plan is for customers who are certain that they will have minimal web changes per year (less than 7 hours of work per year).  This is a no obligation hourly rate plan.  All website maintenance performed under this plan will be billed at the rate of $85 per hour.  Any requested maintenance work will be quoted before work is commenced and if approved the quoted fee must be paid before any maintenance work is performed.

Silver Maintenance:  $600
This plan provides for one hour of maintenance per month, resulting in a total allotment of twelve hours per year.  You are entitled to one hour of priority (24-48 business hour turnaround) maintenance work per month. Generally, you may request that your entire annual allotment of 12 hours of maintenance work be performed at any time, as long as there are no scheduling conflicts with other priority maintenance customers.  All additional maintenance work over the annual 12 hour allotment will be billed at the discounted rate of $50 per hour.  Any requested maintenance work over the annual allotment will be quoted before work is commenced and if approved the quoted fee must be paid before any maintenance work is performed.

Gold Maintenance:  $850
This plan provides for two hours of maintenance per month, resulting in a total allotment of twenty-four hours per year.  You are entitled to two hours of priority (24-48 business hour turnaround) maintenance work per month. Generally, you may request that your entire annual allotment of 24 hours of maintenance work be performed at any time, as long as there are no scheduling conflicts with other priority maintenance customers.  All additional maintenance work over the annual 24 hour allotment will be billed at the rate of discounted $35 per hour.  Any requested maintenance work over the annual allotment will be quoted before work is commenced and if approved the quoted fee must be paid before any maintenance work is performed.

Platinum Maintenance:  $900
This plan provides for three hours of maintenance per month, resulting in a total allotment of thirty-six hours per year.  You are entitled to three hour of priority (24-48 business hour turnaround) maintenance work per month. Generally, you may request that your entire annual allotment of 36 hours of maintenance work be performed at any time, as long as there are no scheduling conflicts with other priority maintenance customers.  All additional maintenance work over the annual 36 hour allotment will be billed at the discounted rate of $25 per hour.  Any requested maintenance work over the annual allotment will be quoted before work is commenced and if approved the quoted fee must be paid before any maintenance work is performed.
