Whether we’re building your email lists, creating your email campaigns or providing reports for your review, the CyntricSend Solution makes every step as quick and easy as possible.

2. Email Template:
We can create your new emails quickly, using either custom designed layouts, or Cyntric predesigned templates. Plain text and HTML messages can be emailed together. Your recipients who do not accept HTML messages will automatically receive the plain text version of your email.

3. Build and Expand Contact List:
With our CyntricSend Solution, we will build a customized sign-up form in minutes for your customers to use. You will be able to gather new subscribers immediately. You will be able to gather the client data you need for better customer relationships and more effective marketing. Your subscribers can request the type of information they need and the format in which to receive it.

4. Import Existing Lists
We use the CyntricSend “Import Wizard” to quickly import your existing email lists into your newly created email address database.

5. Manage and Segment Client Lists
The CyntricSend Solution provides the ability to manage multiple lists for you, such as Newsletter list, Survey list, New Announcements list, etc. This provides you the ability to send more targeted and effective announcements and newsletters.
